University @ Vancouver

The University neighborhood is actually separated from Vancouver's tax region and also geographically separated from Point Grey and Southlands by the large University Endowment Lands forests with only three road leading through the parks from Vancouver into the University area. Located at the western most tip of Vancouver's West Side, this grants its select couple thousand residences elite privacy and protection with superb panoramic views from north to south. The centerpiece of the neighborhood is naturally the University of British Columbia's campus grounds, home to thousands of students from around the country and world as the university is known for its aptitude in the sciences. If you are so fortunate to find a home for sale in the neighborhood, you are one of only a few new homeowners each year to enter. At any given time there are only around 5 properties for sale with the average running at around $3 million!
