Green Lake @ Whistler

Green Lake Estates is Whistler's only dedicated golf community, so if you do not like golf, then a home in Green Lake Estates or by Nicklaus North Golf is not for you. This area is unique in that all homes are on level flat land with the giant Green Lake bordering the golf course and views and light come from all around, not just from one direction! To top it off, the golf course surrounds each road and most homes have large grass greens to look at with gardens being a theme for most home - an unfortunate rarity in Whistler, to have gardens and grass. Each home in the Green Lake Estates range in size from three to three and a half thousand square feet with land at only a quarter acre at most! Expect to pay in the neighborhood of three million to four million for a shack in Jack's Nicklaus North.
